Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST on a business day begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays begin processing the next business day.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Delays caused by carrier operations, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control are not within our ability to guarantee.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total, item weight, and delivery destination. Free shipping thresholds and promotional rates are displayed at checkout when applicable.
There are no hidden fees, tariff surcharges, or forced insurance charges added at checkout. The price displayed on the product page is exactly what you pay. THROTTLEWERK absorbs all import and logistics costs.
Geographic Coverage
We currently ship to all 50 United States including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
LiPo Battery Shipping
All lithium polymer (LiPo) batteries are shipped via ground transportation only in compliance with federal carrier regulations governing lithium battery shipments. Air shipping is not available for LiPo battery orders. All LiPo batteries sold through THROTTLEWERK are sourced from suppliers with UN38.3 certification documentation. Certification is available upon request by contacting support@throttlewerk.com.
Split Shipments
If any item in a multi-item order cannot be fulfilled within 4 hours of purchase, THROTTLEWERK will:
- Ship all in-stock items immediately via expedited delivery at no extra cost to you
- Ship the delayed item via overnight delivery the moment it becomes available, with THROTTLEWERK absorbing all additional logistics costs
- Issue an automatic 15% refund on your entire order as compensation
- Send you a proactive email notification within 30 minutes of the split decision
You will never be left in silence while your order is being held.
Order Tracking
Tracking information is emailed to you upon dispatch. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of your order confirmation, contact us at support@throttlewerk.com and we will investigate immediately.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, contact support@throttlewerk.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will resolve the issue through replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Do not discard damaged packaging or items before contacting us, as carrier claims may require documentation.
